Jen Ammenti is a coach, consultant, and educator with 20+ years of experience in K-12 education, leadership development, and learning facilitation. She partners with leaders, coaches, and other creatives to explore growth edges, uncover internal wisdom, and move toward more aligned, authentic ways of being and leadership.Jen began her career as a K–12 classroom teacher, and her background also includes work as a wilderness guide and challenge course facilitator, leading high ropes programs and backcountry travel experiences focused on trust, risk-taking, and personal growth. She has since coached school district and site leaders, mentored instructional coaches, designed and facilitated custom professional development, and led systems change efforts. Her practice is grounded in transformational coaching, anti-racism, and culturally responsive pedagogy.She holds a California Clear K–12 Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, a M.Ed in History and Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. When she’s not working you might find her tending her garden, making costumes, hiking and swimming in the mountains, or learning to play Southern Italian tamburello.
