Lumia’s life coach training program is designed to be bite-sized and actionable. So, whether you're a busy professional, parent, or both, you can burn through it without burning out. Get real world practice to hit the ground running with peer coaching and mentorships, not just more head knowledge.
We make learning accessible through coach certification that’s delivered entirely online. A combination of live weekly classes, small group cohort learning, personalized mentoring, and guided practice coaching sessions will keep you fully engaged and connected from start to finish.
Lumia offers a progressive coach training program that meets you where you’re at. Every student starts with the Essentials program. Over the course of 20 weeks, you’ll receive everything you need to learn the craft of coaching, earn your coaching certificate, and put your skills immediately to work upon graduation.
If you’re looking to develop advanced skills, or plan to pursue your ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) or Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, then Signature is for you. After completing the Essentials program, you’ll seamlessly continue on to the second stage of coach training with Lumia.

Graduates of the 35 week Lumia Signature program are eligible to apply for an ACC or PCC Credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to being ICF accredited, Lumia is also a member of the Association of Coach Training Organizations.
The ICF is considered by many to represent the gold standard of coaching, and is the most widely recognized global coaching organization on the planet.
Some coaches want to work with executives, do business oriented coaching, or apply for internal coaching jobs. In the corporate world, you’ll be more competitive for those roles with an ICF credential.
Others aspire to coach teams, teach, or offer group facilitation. Again, ICF credentials can give you an edge in those spaces.
