Lumia Refund Policy

Whether you enroll in the Essentials Track or the full Signature Program, we offer a 14-day refund policy after the first live class.  If you qualify for a refund, we will refund 100% of your tuition, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit.

To request a refund, please contact support@lumiacoaching.com within the first 14 days after your first class.

$500 Non-Refundable Deposit

There is a $500 nonrefundable deposit upon enrollment. This fee covers non-refundable costs incurred by Lumia. If you return to the program at a later date, the deposit will be taken out of your new cost.

If you enroll for Signature and find that at the end of the Essentials Track you do not wish to continue with Signature, you cannot get a refund for the Signature portion of the training.

(If you aren't sure whether you wish to complete Signature, please sign up for Essentials Track and add on Signature at a later time.)

Refund policy for the Signature Add-On: You have 30 days before your first class to switch to another cohort or withdraw. You will not be able to receive a refund after this deadline. A non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit also applies.

Payment Plans

Signing up for a payment plan means you are splitting up the full payment into smaller portions, it is not a subscription. Your purchase of services or training from Lumia is a binding, legal agreement. You are responsible for paying off your full balance.

If you choose to withdraw from the program after the refund period, you are still responsible for paying off your balance.

If your financing or payment plan is via Affirm, please contact them directly at affirm.com.

If you signed up via a payment plan directly with Lumia, you are required to make your monthly payments in a timely manner.

Late Payments + Non Communication

If your payments are late and we do not hear from you or receive a payment within 28 days of the due date, we will have to remove your access to the portal, live classes, and Facebook groups.

*Note: if you are removed from the Student Portal, you will lose all of your progress.
